Residents of Sanitary Lane in Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt, have apprehended a 27-year-old man reportedly harrassing three male minors in the neighbourhood.
The suspect is alleged to have been caught kissing and inappropriately touching the kids said to be aged 6, 9 and 11 years respectively.
According to a source, the kids had also accused him of instructing them to touch his groin.
City News reports that the man, who claims to be a native of Ekpeye in Ahoada East Local Government Area was handed over to officers of the Azikiwe Police Divisional Headquarters at Illabouchi, Mile 2, Diobu where he is being detained.
