A Keke man has been dehumanized & tortured by men of the Choba Security and Planning Advocacy Committee (OSPAC) in Rivers State.
While speaking to our correspondent, the victim said he was stopped by ospac members by 8 pm when he went to throw away his waste bin. They asked him for ticket, he told them he just came to throw waste that he did not work today.

They started beating him with a cutlass, tied his hands, collected his phone and the money he was holding, they also carried him to their chairman whose name was withheld.
They continued beating him and took him to a secret place, where they used scissors to cut some part of the hairs on his head.
We are calling on the Rivers State Police/Government to look into this matter.
